This is the amazing fence post cactus!!! It's a dark-green columnar cactus possessing 5-7 ribs. This cactus stems are rough and erect, growing up to VERY big. This cacti are spined along each and every rib, with mature cacti possessing shorter spines than juvenile specimens. During the spring, pink to green flowers will develop from areoles, leading to spiny red fruits.
