During the winter season, we strongly recommend adding a heat pack to your purchase to ensure the safe delivery of your plants. Without a heat pack, we cannot guarantee their arrival in good condition and unfortunately, we won't be able to provide refunds. In some cases, shipments may be delayed if weather conditions are excessively cold. Rest assured, we will keep you informed throughout the entire process.

Upon receiving your plants, follow these simple guidelines:

Unpack your plants promptly and give them some water. They might appear slightly stressed initially, but they will recover in no time.

To prevent your cats or dogs from showing interest in the plants, follow these steps: Take the box into a separate room, open it, and then place the plants in their designated spots at a later time, thereby delaying their curiosity about what you were doing.
Place them in a moderately bright location, avoiding direct sunlight while they acclimate to their new environment.
If a plant seems unhappy or stressed upon arrival, allow it to remain in the shipping medium for a few days before repotting. You can transfer these plants to any well-draining medium of your choice.
It's normal for new plants to show a bit of drama upon arrival. Don't worry if you notice yellowing on the tips or a leaf or two is shed.
In the unlikely event that your plants arrive in poor condition, please send us pictures within 24 hours, and we'll be happy to assist you in determining the best course of action. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to ensure you and your pets enjoy a happy and healthy green space.
